             William Clinton Beckham, Jr. - August 16, 2014 
Life Member of SCV, and Finley's Brigade's second Commander.  Served as the Florida Division 3rd Brigade Commander, and Florida Division Chief of Staff.  In 2004, received the Governor John Milton Award, which is the Florida Divisions second highest award.  Was driving force behind Flags-Across-Florida project.

                  David Mack Brinkley - February 7, 2019  
Life Member of SCV National and Florida Division, active supporter of Finley's Brigade.  Very active in re-enacting and Living-History.

                  Wayne Theodore Grissett - October 25, 2011
Life Member of SCV, of pioneer stock, a fifth-generation Floridian.  Worked tirelessly on the preservation of his and our Confederate heritage and veterans' graves.  Retired from Tallahassee Fire Department after 30 years of service at rank of Captain. 

                  Richard "Don" Harrell - July 17, 2018  
Dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Raised in Wausau, FL, graduated from Florida State University in late 1960's.  Retired from Florida Department of Transportation, where he worked as an Engineer.  Member of Bradfordville First Baptist Church.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, boating and fishing, and was a sports enthusiast.

                  Wilson Ronald Hatcher - March 6, 2014 
Dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

                  Joseph Woodrow Kelly - October 18, 2017 
Dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Self-employed as a painter, he participated in many of Finley's Brigade's projects.  Survived by his wife, Karen JoAnn Kelly, two sons, one daughter, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

                  Wendell Claude Larkin - April 23, 2015 
Long-time dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Served in U.S. Navy during WWII.  A farmer of 60 plus years.  Served as Mayor of Whigham, GA for 4 years. 

                   James Robert Marsh - January 8, 2019  
Dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  He was a retired Deputy Sheriff for Leon County Sheriff's Office and a Veteran of the United States Army.

                  Lucian Fennel May - July 4, 2016 
Longtime member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Native of Quincy, Florida.  Served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII and Korean War.  During WWII, served as a Military Police on Okinawa.  After War, attended University of Florida, then became a Commissioned Officer in USMC Reserves, serving as a Company Commander of Infantry Unit in Korean War.

                  Finley Lamar McMillan - April 17, 2017 
Grandson of Confederate soldier, Captain Angus McMillan, took great pride in sharing his family stories and heritage as well as his testimony of the Lord.  Grew up in the hard times of the Great Depression and learned many skills from his deeply rooted Florida elders who established homes in Florida in the early 1800s.  Served in US Navy as a flight navigator during 1950s.

                   Curtis Lamont Morgan, Sr. - March 9, 2014 
Dedicated member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Master Mason and past Master of Hiram Lodge No. 5.  Founded Monticello Country Jamboree, which is free, family-oriented show.

                  Randall Aubrey Musgrove - March 6, 2014 
Active member of SCV and Finley's Brigade, who cherished the legacy of his ancestors.  Retired from City of Tallahassee as Manager of Electric Meter Department.  Past President of Georgia Callers Association and Dixie Federation Callers Association.  Chairman of the committee that created a square dance museum at the Agrirama in Tifton, GA.

                  Kenneth Russell Redding, Jr. - November 19, 2016 
Member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Graduated from Leon High School.  In the late 1960s, served in the U.S. Air Force as a Medic.  Worked for US Postal Service as a Letter Carrier and Labor Advocate.  Retired as Branch President of National Association of Letter Carrier Union.

                   Jerry Earl Reeves - June 24, 2016 
Member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  Native of Leon County, lived in Wakulla County for last 57 years.  Served in U.S. Army during Korean War.  Wounded three times during Korean War, and was captured by the enemy when his unit was over ran.  He and others made a daring escape from North Korean POW Camp; risking their lives for weeks behind enemy lines.  Received the Silver Star (USA third highest combat medal) for "gallantry in action", the Bronze Star for "Herioc actions", three Purple Hearts, and Korean Meritorious Unit Citation.

                   Charles Omar Smith - May 25, 2018  
Member of SCV and Finley's Brigade.  A Vietnam veteran, he served in U.S. Army for 25 years as a medical specialist.  Worked for the City of Tallahassee Fleet Management, where he retired in 2004.  He was an avid fisherman, and a talented woodworker.
